After confirming that my websites were down, I tried to get help only to receive chatbot-like responses.
I also checked my server stats and saw that the I/O related graphs were really low. Which means the problem happened hours before I even noticed.
After around an hour, they finally admitted the problem via their status page.

It was eventually resolved, but really hope it doesn’t happen again.
